Frag Dominant interviewed LA CompLexity General Manager, Jason "1" Lake, in their series "The Crossfire." In the interview, Lake answers questions ranging from how he got his start in eSports to his hobbies and interests, with tons of compLexity information stuck in between.

With the departure of long time teammate and close friend Marcus "Zet" Sundstorm, how do you feel this changed the teams overall game play?

Marcus is an amazing person and a sensational player. His random pushes are legendary and having him on your team always keeps your opponents guessing and nervous. I’d say our game play has become a bit more conservative without the crazy Swede pushing all over the map. We miss him, but it was time for him to return home to be with friends and family.


Do you feel that Hanes was the right replacement needed to fill zet’s shoes? Will the team be ready in time to make a big dent in the CSS scene for Season 3 of the CGS?

Corey has the CS pedigree required to be on our legendary squad. He’s paid his dues and has proved himself to be a consummate professional in all aspects of the game. We’re glad he was available and thankful for all his efforts.
